Who makes up the National Network?The National Network serves those interested in preventing violence in their communities, state, or nationally. Partners from various fields and of different expertise join bimonthly meetings and participate in National Network activities. You may see participants from hospitals, law enforcement, public health, research and academia, state and local government, community organizations, and other relevant partners in violence prevention.

What kind of assistance can I expect to receive during National Network meetings?The National Network hosts meetings in January, March, May, July, September, and November, where attendees may share updates regarding their local Cardiff Model planning and implementation, present research findings, attend trainings discuss innovative strategies and tools, and announce funding opportunities. Attendees often learn from the experiences of other US Cardiff Model sites and have the opportunity to pose questions or request support from the group. We see the most learning during discussion sessions, Q&As, and site presentations.
